Front Cover

This is my front cover for my music magazine. I like my design, it is very eye catching and instantly recognisable as a music magazine. The main colours i used were black and red, these are both very strong bold colours so it attracts attention. I learnt from doing the preliminary task, that it is better to put the mast head in a box so it stands our better. I also like the style of writing, i think it works well with the genre of the magazine. My photograph takes up the whole page, i wanted it to be the most eye catching part of the magazine. I have added stars on the mast head in black and red to add to the black and red feel. I have also outlined the magazine in black and red. I added a barcode, price and date to the magazine aswell.
